Why PreAlgebra-ish?

To do well in Algebra, you must have a foundation in a few topics.  Often times, people find fractions, signed numbers and Order of Operations as topics that cause major struggles.  We will practice these topics for the next couple of weeks before we move on to Algebra.  This will be FUN!!!
